Your Telephone Guestbook package will arrive at least 4 days before your event and will be dispatched up to 21 days in advance, depending on availability. Each package includes your selected phone, your selected guestbook sign with stand (See What's Included Page To View Options), and access to our set up videos. Simply scan the bottom of your phone! USA returns are easy with a prepaid UPS/USPS label provided in the box!
Your edited guest messages are then delivered digitally within 5 working days of the return (often sooner), and one of our team will email you to help you set up your keepsake page if you haven't already done. Physical keepsakes are shipped within 2–4 weeks.
Payment: If you select the deposit option, the final invoice is emailed 37 days before your event, with payment due 30 days prior. Check your spam folder, and don’t worry - we’ll follow up personally by email and phone call before canceling any booking.
Booking Tip: Double-check your event date is correct to ensure your phone package arrives on time. Watch your spam folder for emails also!
