When you book with us, your Cassandra Phone will arrive at least 3 days before your chosen date. Our packages are dispatched up to 21 days prior to your selected date. We will provide your chosen guestbook sign for your guests along with stand, as well as our exclusive internal software, which allows the phone to be used as a Telephone Guestbook. Our signage options can be found on our What's Included Page and can be chosen on our checkout page. You can easily record your personalized greeting on the phone as many times as you like before your special day. Additionally,  you can place the phone anywhere without the need for a plug. We offer a password-protected page with "How To Videos" to help you effortlessly set up your new phone along with some informational videos.

After your event, returning the phone to us is simple. We will provide a return label sticker within your package, which you can use to send the phone back to us free of charge. You may drop it off at any Royal Mail/Delivery office. No label printing is necessary. Once we receive your package, we will process all of the audio files to optimize the sound quality, including removing as much background noise as possible. We will then send the audio files to you digitally within 7 days via our secure online log in. Here you can download them, or they will stay on our site forever for you to view. If you have chosen any extras these will be sent within 21 days.

If you choose the deposit option when booking, you'll receive a final invoice for the remaining balance 37 days before your selected date. The final payment is due 30 days before your event, and the invoice will be sent to the email address provided during booking.

It is essential to double-check the selected date for your booking. This ensures that your Telephone Guestbook arrives in time for your event. Please also check your Junk folder in case our emails to you are filtered.
