Description
The Mahogany, is our polished wooden Telephone Guestbook.
When you book with us, your Mahogany phone will arrive at least 3 days prior to your chosen date. We will provide a guestbook sign and stand for your guests, as well as our exclusive internal software, which allows the phone to be used as a Telephone Guestbook. You can easily record your personalized greeting on the phone as many times as you like before your special day. Additionally, we provide a power bank and cord so that you can place the phone anywhere without the need for a plug.
After your event, returning the phone to us is simple. We will provide a QR code via email, which you can use to send the phone back to us free of charge. You may drop it off at any Royal Mail/Post Office if you prefer. No label printing is necessary. Once we receive it, we will process all of the audio files to optimise the sound quality, including removing as much background noise as possible. We will then send the audio files to you on our USB keepsake, along with our exclusive presentation box.
If you select the deposit option during booking, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance at least 60 days before your chosen date. The final payment is due 30 days before your event, and we will send the invoice to the email address you provided during booking.
