With its innovative internal system, the phone transforms into a fully functional Telephone Guestbook, allowing guests to leave meaningful audio messages you can cherish forever.
When you book with us, your phone package will arrive at least 3 days before your chosen date but will be dispatched up to 21 days before depending on our availability. Each package includes: Your chosen phone, a guestbook sign and stand (viewable on our What's Included page), and access to our password-protected "How To" videos. In the USA, we provide an easy returns sticky label, and returns can be made via UPS.
Your digital files are edited and you will receive an email within 7 working days of us receiving your package back. Keepsakes are dispatched within 2-4 weeks.

Payment Options: If you choose the deposit option at checkout, a final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent 37 days before your selected date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Invoices are sent to the email address provided during booking. Please check your spam folder for any emails!
Booking Tips: Double-check your selected date during booking to ensure your Black Pearl arrives in time for your event. Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case our emails are filtered there.
