“ When will I receive my Telephone Guestbook?
You will receive your package at least 3 days before your booked date. If your phone has not arrived safety with you for any reason you can contact us and we will overnight ship another phone to you! We will always give the best customer service!
“ Do I have to pay to return my telephone guest book?
No. Your telephone guestbook is supplied to you with a sticky returns label. We have already paid for the return postage and this will be included within your box package. You may use any Royal Mail or Post Office in the UK or UPS location in the USA.
“ Do you include a telephone guestbook sign for all bookings?
We include our Telephone Guestbook Signage with all bookings. When you check out online you can select which style of sign you would like on the product page and see all of our styles on the "What's Included" Page
“ Do I have to pay to return my telephone guest book?

“ Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?
We recommend putting your telephone guestbook in a location where you can have a phone conversation comfortably. As all our phones are powered with batteries so you can place the phone anywhere! You do not need a plug. The quieter the better!
“ Is there a limit on the amount of Audio Recordings?
There is really no limit on the amount of audio recordings on our telephone guestbooks. It is about 50 hours! The battery life is around 50 hours too.

I was so excited about the telephone guestbook and they exceeded my expectations!! My guests loved the idea and had so much fun leaving messages. They sent me my digital copy of the recordings so quick and the quality was AMAZING. I was worried you wouldn’t able to hear too well with all that was going on the day of my wedding but they cut out a bunch of background noise and it sounds perfect. I could not recommend this company enough!! 10/10

This was the one of the best things that I enjoyed about my reception and wedding was this telephone to record beautiful messages from my guest it's just warm my heart listening to them when I got back from my honeymoon I would highly recommend to do this the even flew by so fast and I miss so many things but I have them recorded now and it just brought me to tears of finding how loved we are best memory Maker ever and again I would highly recommend running one of these phones it was just beautiful things my friends and family shared with me and I have them and I can cherish him forever I would say 10 Stars if I could hit it but double five stars I am so grateful that I have these beautiful messages and memories of this special day
