When you book with us, your London phone will arrive at least 3 days prior to your chosen date along with your guestbook sign, stand and instructions for easy set up. All our phones come with our exclusive internal software, which allows the phone to be used as an Audio Guestbook. You can easily record your personalized greeting on your phone as many times as you like before your special day.

After your wedding/event, returning your phone package to us is simple. We will provide a sticky returns label in the box, which you can use to send the phone back to us free of charge. You may drop it off at any Royal Mail/Post Office or if you prefer you can also use the Royal Mail website to arrange a free collection. No label printing is necessary. Our customers in the USA may use any UPS drop off location.

Once we receive the package back, we will process all of the audio files to optimize the sound quality, including removing as much background noise as we possibly can. This really makes a huge difference and is a big part of our service. You can see the difference for yourself on our home page. We will then send your special audio messages to you on our USB Keepsake, along with our exclusive presentation box within 7 days after receiving your phone back.

If you select the deposit option during booking, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance around 30 days before your chosen date. The final payment is due within 7 days of this invoice being sent. We will send the invoice to the email address you provided during booking.

It is essential to double-check the selected date for your booking. This ensures that your Telephone Guestbook arrives in time for your wedding/event. The rental period is based around this date so you will receive your phone at least 3 days before this.
